Do not accept standard possession (SPO) in Texas. You can get Expanded, Expanded SPO just by asking which works out to ~43% parenting time or (6/14 days). The conservatorship has to do with who has decision making authority. You want a join managing conservatorship.

What are the real-world examples of where Joint Conservatorship is valuable when the parents are unlikely to reach agreement on the "difficult decisions" anyhow?
