Going through a divorce. I moved states and we have to newer cars. She was able to renew her tag cause its already been renewed in that state. Mines now expired and the fl dmv either wants her there or a picture of her license. She wont do either out of spite. I cant renew in the state through mail cause i have to have a nc car insurance and an nc address and now i have neither. Is there anything i can do?
