Trial ended in August and we submitted proposed judgment, facts and findings. I filed in May of 2017. No judgment yet.

Soon to be ex-wife is staying in home - just too contentious for me to stay there. Staying at a friends in-law apartment and paying rent.

Stopped by to get some clothing and she asked me to stack some wood for her. I just ignored her and left. She kept sending me email bill to pay cable which I was paying up through last month and now I can no longer get into the account since she changed password so I couldn’t pay. She says if you won’t pay I will have to because we will loose cable. Can’t even spell 🧐. Let me know if your paying or not. Heck I’m not even staying there. Why should I pay if she is the one making full use of it? She probably just wants it documented so she can possibly bring it to court. I didn’t respond. Gave her a huge advance on division of assets she can pay with that.

She had her brother and his family stay over the home last New Years Eve which I allowed. I stayed at my Dads and sisters after spending an evening with my childhood friends family.

A few days ago I sent her an email asking her to be out of the house from noon this Dec. 31 through noon on Jan 1 so I could have a New Years get together. She responded “Not happening, I have no where to go”.

Pretty discouraging - I hope judgment is coming soon. It will be 3 months on Dec. 17 since we submitted our proposed judgment and facts and findings to the judge.
