26m leo, 26f wife told me she didn't see me in her future 3 months ago and wanted a divorce. We have been together 7 years, married for 6 years, no children (thank god). Found out she met someone online through a video game that makes her "happy." This makes sense because she was constantly on her phone playing this game for like a year, and she had been spending a lot of money on the game. Anywho, life has been an emotional rollercoaster because everything seemed fine in our relationship and then I was blindsided all of this, but now I'm finally getting my head above the water level of emotion, and seeing things for what they are. It's been a rough couple weeks, had to realize again how important exercise is to making your self feel good and restoring confidence. Just received Jocko Willink book on Discoplne today, planning on finishing it before going back to work tomorrow.
