After 5 years of marriage and 8 years together I am looking at getting a divorce. Ill start with our story which will bring us to the present. Sorry if its too long but I'll summarize it best I can.

We met in college when we were 20. I had been caught a couple months into our relationship talking to guys online. (I'm bi... we will get to that). Trust has always been an issue in our relationship which is understandable and we have gone through many many many ups and downs. We got married 5 years ago and I joined the military shortly after. I have legitimately enjoyed being married to my wife and after a couple years of marriage we began trying for a baby, but had a lot of trouble, after nearly 2 years of trying we welcomed our beautiful daughter. She is my everything and I love being a father. About 6 months ago i was again caught talking to guys online. The worst day of my life so far. I finally admitted to her I was bi and had been talking to guys online for years which was fulfilling a fantasy of mine. However over the last couple months I realized how incredibly hurtful and horrible it was for me to do. I admit I did wrong. I am not a perfect person and have clearly done a lot of bad things. Understandably, my wife does not want to be with me anymore and has threatened divorce after nearly every argument. She has stayed with me for the betterment of my daughter. She blames everything wrong on me and that me joining the military has taken everything from her and I stole her life and her home from here. She hasn't worked in 4 years and I'm nervous she will not be able to financially support herself or my daughter if we were to divorce. She is very smart and a good mother but also has her faults. She has been struggling with mental health issues for years to include depression, anxiety, and I can only guess maybe some trauma from her childhood. She frequently has outbursts and depressive episodes which include her frequently telling me she wishes she was dead, but refuses to seek help or better herself in any way. Everything has to go her way when it comes to parenting. I cannot make decisions about our daughter and am constantly being told "don't do that, do this, no we aren't doing that"She hates me being around or home, yet claims she does everything and needs help. Over the last month I have made strides to fix our marriage. She requested I am not intimate with her in anyway, so I stopped. She needed help around the house, I started and now am the main cleaner. I have been home more and therefore more present for my daughter. I've tried to be more supportive when speaking to her. I'm trying. She still wants a divorce. There is soooo much more to this story.

My biggest concern is my daughter. I can't imagine a life where I can't see her everyday. She is my reason for everything. I want her to grown up happy. I'm a product of divorce myself and don't want that for her. I'm afraid if we get divorced I will barely see her.

What do I do??? I know I can talk to military legal. Where do I start?? How much money is this going to cost?? How do I file in my homestate if I don't live in that state anymore? How can I fight for my daughter?
