Defining an acronym that is not commonly used by an audience that is already expressed its lack of understanding in subject would be more effective than just using an acronym and shaming the audience for not knowing it.

Example Ah, yes Mr. Hilderbrant (who has already explained he is not familiar with business) we've balanced your inherited P.P.E. ledger and it is almost exactly the same as last year's.

That's absolutely useless and lazy writing, it might sound smart and savvy, but it does not communicate the message.

It's stupid and pretentious to assume the reader who has already admitted he doesn't know about the topic; knows that P.P.E. means plant, property and equipment.

This is why when you use an acronym for the first time you define it and then put the acronym in parentheses behind it so that you're conveying information effectively instead of grandstanding on what acronyms you know.

Funny how for them there is a signifcant difference if a white man happens to heterosexual or homosexual or bisexual; as if their sexual preference is going to make a difference on their personality.

Not to mention many probably won't even able to tell apart a straight or bisexual or homosexual white man if they see one in the public.

It really rubs me wrong when people get grouped up so strictly. There’s no ‘acting white/straight/cis’, and race/sexuality/gender does not make someone inherently inferior nor unreliable.

This is very likely explicitly being said from the POV of queer POC, who's experiences are never going to be like cishet white men, the people they get compared to, including POC women. Not to say that cishet white men are exempt from the issues men overall face, simply that comparing their issues to queer POC isn't equivalent.
