Overtime, you have LEARNED false ideas about women, how they think, and their intelligence. You have been taught that, as a man, you know better than women because they are XYZ. It’s going to take you time and lots of active practice to UNLEARN. You have to challenge the ideas you have built around why you don’t respect them in the first place.

Then, you have to LEARN how to view women in a more realistic light. This means you also have to accept that all women are individual people who have different and varying sets of values, beliefs, and upbringings. You can acknowledge “my sister was right about this, but she has been wrong about other things”, just like sometimes you are right about some things and wrong about other things. We’re all human here.

When you start to see women as individual humans instead oh a hive-mind, you can start acknowledging the many different traits people have that you can also learn from. Example: if I’m having trouble with certain math calculations at work, I go to “Jenny” because she has the most experience with these numbers and I know math is one of her academic strong suits. If I need advice on where to get a good steak, I ask “Ted” because I know he loves grilling often and is a bit of a steak foodie/connoisseur, but if I want a good burrito I ask “Natalie” because she learned to cook carne asada from her Mexican grandmother and I trust her judgment.

Basically spend more time with different women, in non romantic/sexual contexts, so you can actually see them as individual people with different valuable traits. Literally everyone is different and has different things to offer the world, so why shouldn’t it apply to women?

You need to dig into why you feel this way. Why do you listen to men more than women? Are there any beliefs you have, feelings, things you were taught, or previous experiences that cause this? Spending more time with actual women rather than listening to red-pill hype will help you see women more accurately.

You can unlearn your tendency to want to impress people by realizing that you have a right to be impressed too. Rather than making everyone like you find people who you are compatible with and are going to naturally like you. If you have a lot of social abundance that will also reduce neediness as well.

For both of these problems therapy will help a lot too.
