Censor All Red Pill Content Due to its Ability to Incite Violence Against Women (a Protected Group)

Although black male redpill podcasters are listed below, this red pill content exists outside of the black community, so it poses a dangerous environment for all women. These black male podcasters promote violence towards all women, as well encourage racism because it promotes the false belief that black women are murdered mostly when they are within interracial relationships, when the number of black women murdered by black men significantly outnumber those who are murdered by non-black men.

An ideology, called Red Pill, has been evolving and comprises a collection of ideologies within the “manosphere” (a web of websites, blogs, forums, youTube channels) that promotes the belief that society favors women and that men are oppressed and emasculated by modern feminism.

It is basically a channel for misogyny, fostering a belief that men must dominate women to be successful.

This Red pill content indoctrinates and fosters hate against women, and forms a set of beliefs focused on male supremacy and anti-feminism. The core beliefs are listed below:

• All Women Are The Same – the generalization that all women share negative traits, such as being over-emotional, irrational, and deceptive.

• Misogyny – the idea that feminism destroyed traditional roles and women are of no value, unless they can bring value to a man, and are valued in accordance with their appearance, willingness to be subservient to men, and other male-identified traits.

• Objectification of Women – Women are viewed as objects and not human beings with genuine feelings, thoughts or emotions or these traits are totally disregarded by men.

• Sexual Marketplace Value – a concept that ranks human beings (particularly women) based on their youth, attractiveness, and fertility, while ranking men by wealth and status. Women are viewed from masculine, heterosexual perspective, reducing their value to mere visual objects.

• Male supremacy – fosters the belief that men are supreme and should rule over women, encouraging the subservient, slave-mentality among women. Techniques that encourage this male supremacy includes “negging” (insults designed to lower a woman’s self-esteem) and “dread game” (keeping a partner insecure to ensure submission)

• Male victimhood – the belief that men are the true victims of discrimination.

• (Black male Podcasters) Lacks Accountability – Specifically blames black women for the downfall of the black family without taking any accountability for their imprisonment rates, lack of marriage rates, lack of employability, lack of education, black male poverty rates, abandonment rates etc. which directly impacts the black family.

They blame the single black mother for being masculine after many of them abandon her with the children to support, raise and care for the children alone, forcing her to pursue education and become self-reliant, then blames her for being masculine, after placing her in a masculine role.

• Blame Pregnancy and Abandonment of Family solely on women – Red Pill podcasters preach that it is the woman’s fault that she gets pregnant and is abandoned by the father.

• Encourages the mindset of several women sharing a man when a man makes over $100k per year.

• Blames the women for breakdown of family due to the rates of women filing for divorce without examining the context pertaining to each situation, assuming no accountability for their contribution to the divorce. This mindset encourages victimhood, toxicity in their relationships and hate towards women.

• Criticizes heavily modern women and independent career women. This mindset promotes hate against women making decent incomes or making more money than her partner.

The consequences of this indoctrination includes misogyny, harassment, increased violence including murder of women and children by male family members, contempt for women, dehumanization of women and poor mental health and toxic relationships. This indoctrination has become pervasive across the male community and has resulted in increased violence and murder of women and children.

Some high-profile cases where individuals engaged in misogynistic or manosphere-type ideology and went on to commit violent acts includes:

• In 2014, Rodger killed 6 people and injured 14 near UC Santa Barbara. He was active in online forums tied to the incel community which overlaps with red pill content. His YouTube videos expressed deep resentment toward women.

• Alek Minassian drove a van into pedestrians, killing 10 people. He explicitly referenced the “incel rebellion” in a Facebook post before the attack.

• Jake Davison killed 5 people in the UK before committing suicide. He consumed incel-related content and expressed frustration with women and dating before committing suicide.

Consuming this content promotes violence and hate against women.

This is where the First Amendment, protection of speech, expires. While the First Amendment protects hate speech, it does not protect speech that constitutes a true threat or violence towards a protected group. The protected group being women. Consumption of incel-related or red pill content incites imminent violence and harassment towards women. Since red pill content channels have become pervasive on Youtube, there have been increased incidents of violence against women. The link between online hate speech and real-world violence is increasing at the least, needs to be investigated.

Other names for the Red Pill content is MGTOW (men going their own way).

Please refer to the Netflix’s documentary, Louis Theroux: Inside the Manosphere, for a 90-minute documentary which examines the origin of the online manosphere network , promoting aggressive masculinity and misogynist views.

There have been a significant increase of incidences of women simply being attacked for rejecting a man’s advances, black women being murdered by their husbands (or boyfriends), mothers being murdered by their sons, and this being celebrated on social media platforms by some black men. The tolerance of violence and hate against women (mainly black women), specifically by black men, have significantly increased the risk of black women facing violence and poses a daily threat to all women. These podcasts are dangerous and are indoctrinating hate into men.

34 U.S. Code § 12361, part of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and formerly codified as 42 U.S.C. 13981, declares that all persons in the U.S. have the right to be free from crimes of violence motivated by gender, including threats against their person or property. This federal law provides a civil rights remedy for victims of such violence. Women have a right to be free from violence and these Red Pill podcast threatens the woman’s environment with a high likelihood of violence now since so many men are being indoctrinated with Red Pill content. A woman’s likelihood of facing violence or being murdered is enhanced due to the presence of these podcasts, thus this connection to violence is excepted from protection covered by the First Amendment.

The Red Pill spaces are breeding grounds for deranged men who have the capability to commit violence against women. This Red Pill or MGTOW groups can be compared the Klu Klux Klan or a terrorist group. It poses just as much as a threat to a protected group of people.

There has been a recent mass killing in Shreveport, Louisiana in which a father murdered 8 children, 7 of his own, and shot the mothers of his children. I am requesting for any connection of this mass killing with the red pill content be investigated, as well as the murder of Coral Springs Mayor Nancy Metayer. I am requesting for these murders to be investigated for any linkage with the husbands being viewers or consumers of red pill content and take action to shut down this content for the protection of women in the United States.

I am requesting that crimes against women based on gender be prosecuted as hate crimes.

Please censure all Red Pill and Manosphere content on all social media platforms to ensure the safety of women in all environments in the United States.
