When will rape by deception be considered a crime by governments worldwide?

Israel is currently the only country (since 2008) that allows people to press charges for rape by deception, and jails lying LVM who have slept with women by portraying false images of themselves.

For example, if a man has lied to you in order to sleep with you, about his identity, job, etc., he will be held legally responsible, as you didn't consent to having sex with a con artist. Your consent was based on the premise he was honest and not lying to you in order to have sex.

When will the rest of the world's countries follow suit? How can we lobby in our own countries to get this crime recognized? LVM depravity is running amok because they can't be prosecuted for lying yet.

Disclaimer: I am aware that Israel is not a paragon of perfect laws. Let's not derail the thread into that, please. Keep the focus on the concept of rape by deception.
