I saw myself in so many experiences here when it comes to past partners and relationships in general. At one point in my dating life I was convinced that it had to be me. That I was too boring or that I didn't bring enough to the table. That I was the reason I was treated so badly. But thanks to FDS I realised that people just used me constantly for their advantages. That it was convenient for them to stay because I care deeply for people I like and go beyond myself to help them out. And that potential got used. Just not by me. I quickly learned that I won't lower myself anymore and don't offer my qualities freely, just because.

Luckily I'm good on my own. I'm rarely bored, always interested in something and have a good circle of friends and family (and earn 6 figures a year, a bonus). With covid going on, I realised how good I'm actually on my own and FDS helped me to see my own value and look for more.
