I was reading through research articles for one of my classes and came across this part:

"Cunningham (1986) investigated males' ratings of females' facial features and found that attractiveness ratings were positively correlated with neonatal features such as large eyes, a small nose, a small chin, and more mature features of prominent cheekbones, narrow cheeks, large pupils, a large smile, and expressive features." (Rich and Cash, 1993, p. 116)

It is literally proven through studies that men like child-like features in adult women! This is truly disgusting...
