Fitness Goals: Gain enough strength to do a pull-up, lose some inches while not worrying so much about the pounds, take dogs out on longer walks

Self love goals: treat myself to more self care! Relaxing baths, skincare, nails, take myself on dates, buy myself flowers

Interests goals: read one book a month, try some new healthy recipes, travel out of town on weekends every two months, hiking

Social goals: plan events, trips, and hang out with friends more. Less social media liking and more in-person social interaction

Education: finish master’s degree

Overall goal: becoming a more confident and happy person
