Porn and Porn/Arousal Addiction, although not officially recognised yet, is an epidemic in contemporary society. In spite of the many studies in the area and the well documented and researched evidence, the topic is still not considered true or credible by many, including health professionals.

Sex education is scarce and laughable at best and does not touch on the issue of porn, the pornification of society and the animalification and objectification of women at all.

Increasingly, in therapy, we see more and more women and children that have fallen victims of this. Its devastating effects can have a long lasting impact in their lives and severely diminish their quality of life as well as their physical and mental health.

What is more, men fail to realise that their porn habits affect them, too, either through ED, or through objectification, isolation, depression and anxiety.
