So about 2 years ago I dated this guy. We were going steady like 2 dumb 17-year olds do and then things ended. I thought stuff was relatively amicable, except that he deleted me everywhere after I stupidly asked to stay friends. Then I get dirty looks from his friends, the few of which I knew also cut contact with me.

Then the bombshell dropped. He had been feeding them shit every time I made him mad, and nothing BUT shit since the breakup. He made me out to be this clingy (honestly true), obsessive control freak that used him, and as a result all of his friends think of me as a complete bitch.

I honestly didn't like them, since they made him act different, but he used this to make me out to be a controlling freak, and made his friends believe there was mutual hatred.

When I finally got one of his friends to spill the beans, it got worse. He also said that HE dumped ME, because I was "mentally disturbed" and probably had "BPD". He regularly made fun of my appearance after breaking up. It got so bad I lost an entire friend group, a hangout spot and a best friend we both "shared" whom he turned completely against me.

The worst was a year later. Despite ALL THIS, my stupid ass thought he was just emotional at the time. Turns out, he refuses to let his friends speak my name, they instead refer to me by a derogatory nickname he gave me. He openly admits to loathing me, like genuinely hating my very existence. He fucked a friend I had lost a bit of contact with, to hurt me.

The worst part was when I started talking to a friend of his that had enough. We got closer, he found out, and WENT TO THIS GUY'S HOUSE, and threatened to "bash his c**t skull in", and threatened to "cut his eyes out" with a pocketknife he always has on him.

He's been incredibly strategic, making sure no witnesses are around, keeping out for loopholes. The damage doesn't end after a breakup, ladies.
