I don't think this question is very well thought out. It's way too general. Do you know an over 50s middle class white woman (I presume that's the demographic you are talking about when using the slur Karen) who has kicked somebody in the balls and then lied about it?

Edited to add: this slur, IMHO is being used way to liberally to shut down older womens valid complaints. The extreme examples that have made the news are just that - extreme and cannot be generalised to the general population of older women. Your question comes across as disengenuous.
Also, you used a ridiculous example - are you in high school? I'm also doubtful that scenario would happen in high school. In your example I"d be more inclined to think that he DID touch her because it is statistically speaking the most likely scenario, in my experience and every other woman I knows experience. I have never met a woman who has ever kicked somebody in the balls. I've met plenty who should have, including me and I wouldn't want to get called a Karen over it.
