Tbh as a gay person myself I've burnt the LGBT flag symbolically to say I refuse to be apart of the toxic aspect of the group, but it shouldn't be punishable like that, that's actually incredibly stupid

If I go out and buy a ton of flags, each different, and line them up and set them all on fire... Would I be charged? I'm inciting hate and violence towards every thing each flag stands for, right?

When will we see people charged who have set the U.S. flag on fire? Can we just shoot them in the face on sight because they're threatening and showing hate towards everyone around them, they're now a terrorist?
