Several forms of Birth control, like the morning-after pill, works by making it harder for a fertilized egg to latch, while others prevent the fertilization from happening in the first place, but let's ignore these ones and focus on the eggs who got fertilized
Promiscious women are having sex a lot more, and over 10 years, they took the risk of having sex "raw", with no protection, too often
More "raw" sex means a higher likehood of fertilized eggs
Then, even if it latches, there is still the possibility of miscarriages and stillbirths
If "nature" doesn't do the work, the wouldbe mother will do it herself through abortions, legally or not
Remains of fertlilized eggs who couldn't latch, of miscarriages, stillborns and aborted ones . It's all there after 10 years

Zoinks. That’s not how that works! I actually recently studied women’s health including reproductive health, and there’s a lot of “false” crap out there. No offense, but what you just listed is sooooo so wrong. But if you’d like to cite a source, I’d love to give it a read!
Let’s start from the top:
It’s a pretty big misconception that “multiple partners” can lead to a “loose vagina”. Not true, men aren’t the cause for a few reasons.
Which leads me to the exception: just like any muscle age and trauma can wear down the elasticity. Most young women spring back just fine after a baby or two. Older women (think 30s, 40s) or those with multiple children can lose that elasticity. But as you said, exercises can help. Age, hormones, and number of FULL TERM BIRTHS can play a role, penis size and multiple partners do not.
Now moving on, eggs (fertilized or not) and any sperm either gets broken down and absorbed or expelled during menstruation. if the sperm aren’t expelled they will still be destroyed and absorbed by the white blood cells. that article is a pretty good read of what actually happens.
Once the sperm is broken down there’s no smell. They can live up to 5 days after being ejaculated. Remember, this is foreign DNA- no body wants that, that’s why they’re immediately attacked by the females body. That’s also why sperm are in a nice goopy mess to hopefully provide enough protection to get to the egg. But still, only about 10000 of 2 million will make it to the top of the uterus- kind of like salmon, make a whooole bunch and maybe 2 or 3 will make it,
Menstruation, it’s literally shedding the lining of the uterus- fertilized eggs, miscarriages, stillborn, abortions- none of that hangs out in there. read incomplete miscarriage , sometimes a Doc needs to go in to clean out what’s left because can lead to sepsis. Having leftover anything is bad bad bad news. Any medical abortion will also have to be completely removed, this normally happens on its own after the death of the fetus, but in some cases (same as miscarriages) need to be cleaned out too.
The vagina should never have an “off smell” as this is a good sign of infection and easily treated, too. here’s a pretty simple read
