You can typically iron nylon and other surfaces by using a piece of cotton (i.e. old tee shirt) in between the nylon (or other sensitive materials) and the iron to dissipate the heat. Source: played basketball, had cheap ass screen printed jerseys for years

You can iron it with a very low heat settings and not staying in one place to long ....As long as the print holds up.
