Well first off you buy baby supplies from Costco, Sam's Club, & Amazon. Amazon has the best price vs quality and bulk baby wipes with their in house brand.
Buy the baby clothes from Costco, Sam's Club, & Goodwill. Kids, especially babies do not need anything brand name. They're only going to wear the items for a few months anyway.
