Yeah I do that in my line of work. I don't engage in conversation and if we pass by I only smile. It's hard to be close with them knowing that they might be feminist or whatnot. I also don't socialize with them as much as possible specially the female managers.

Does not work. Feminists and women in general love when you try to bargain with them for fairness.
The only thing that works is for men to turn their backs at them, and let them fend for themselves.
