So apparently this company in Australia, figures, decided to try a radical new approach and provide their staff an option to work 4 days out of 5, still do an 8 hour shift but get paid for 5 days and apparently the staff where more satisfied, fulfilled and productivity improved.

Now I like to dissect things a bit further but from what I can tell from the staff when they didn't play stupid clips from shows is that there wasn't an ounce of testosterone there, starting with the ceo guy, the company it self didn't seem like a company that's integral to the well being and/or providing any useful resources or aiding humankind and a bunch of "ah it was so great to get my stuff done and I have kids and that was nice blah blah"

So here I actually always thought a 4 day work week would be nice but maybe like 10-12 hour shifts (because I mean once it's 5 you can squeeze in an extra hour or so) and if the job is pretty darn chill I am pretty sure nobody minds staying late but I dunno something about this just rubbed me the wrong way.

I mean can we get cancer to not do it's thing for a day? Can we tell plumbers and electricians and isp workers to take it easy for a day? Hospitals and health services can also stop working. Police and military could use a lil breather and god for fucking all mighty perhaps we can have a snapchat/instagram/social media/dating apps network admins not come in on a day of a patch and have those service halt.

I swear this is the most laziest generation ever and shit is getting worse and worse. Home Depot employees know millenials cannot hammer a nail.

I hope some form of natural selections happens in my life.
