Rape is clearly defined as forced sex, so anything that doesn't meet that definition is NOT FUCKING RAPE! Sheesh!

If two people get drunk and have sex of their own volition, in other words both knew what they were doing and agreed ot it, it's not fucking rape! Stupid bitches need to quit making things that were consensual at the time rape. You can't revoke consent after the fact.

And "kinda" isn't the same thing as, "please stop." If she didn't specifically say she wants to stop, she shouldn't expect him to be a mind reader. If you want to stop, say so! Don't hint at it. Be clear about what you want and don't want. If you weren't clear, DON'T accuse him of rape the next day. Sheesh.
