I was a beta in HS and I look back and man it was embarrassing the things I would do for female attention. In college I started to realize that women's crap smells just like everyone else. After I stopped craving women's affection and attention and started focusing on me and hitting the gym, I literally had a stable of 8-10 girls I'd hit up each day. One stop talking to me o well I have 7 others, which for some reason I'd always attract another one within a week.

Was is like... a group project or something? Even if is wasn't, this doesn't seem that bad, all things considered. If a guy you knew asked you to work the slides for them in a presentation, you wouldn't be a bitch for helping them out, so why is this guy a beta for helping this girl out? They might just be friends and she asked for help since they had a class together, there's too many possible factors to really judge this from an outside perspective. Its this sort of reading into situations that gives MGTOW a bad name. If he acted as her servant in this class for the entire semester, you'd be validated in calling him a beta, but just clicking slides in a presentation? Cool your jets, brother.
