When I used to date it was entirely on my terms. The second even the slightest pinkish flag was raised, or the relationship wasn't making me happy 100% of the time, I ended it.

I'll be honest, it's on my terms 100% or it's nothing. I do crave female company and sex, like any other human being would, but it's under my rules and decisions alone. If it's not followed, it's not happening with anyone period. Not to be a dick, but to protect myself and others I care about at the end of the day.

A want of something does not necessitate action to acquire that want. While we are biologically programmed to want to have mates, that can be overridden by the ability of humans to think rationally about problems across time. Of course men want sex, of course they want companionship (humans do better socially than alone), and of course men going their own way might have doubts. Those things do not mean what our actions are aren’t worth it. We love freedom most of all, and being tied down eliminates freedom. MGTOW shed expectations at all points and love simply being.

MGTOW means something different to everyone. Take sports for example...you have some people who watch a few games a year. At the other end of the spectrum they are going to every game painting their whole body and trying to fight anyone who supports the other team. Another example? You have people that attend a church a few times a year. Opposite end of spectrum? Bible thumping...several days a week in there..putting their holier than thou opinion on others. MGTOW to me simply means don't marry, don't knock a woman up, and don't live with em. I still do female companionship, flings, friends, etc. No LTRs though. DO NOT spend money on them outside of maybe a few drinks at bar. That's the furthest i go...3 to 4 drinks at a cheap place. If it costs more than 20 a night for just them i'm not doing it idc if she's a dime piece model. No thanks haha. I"m only 28. Go your own way..if you like to chase women fine but do it wisely and don't put them on some pedastal and worship them. They don't care about you at all. Believe me...i've been with ALOT of women. Am i a pick up artist? Hell no. Just saying...you are the prize buddy.

Relationships and marriage are simply bad deal, avoiding them is the only choice a sane man can make, you gain nothing more and you bet everything you have...

I don't like the idea of living a miserable life, i'm working all around the world and there's always a way to hook up with girls. Sure, on paper if you have a relationship you shuld have sex on demand, but we all know it's quite the opposite.

While there are laws that threaten the man, being in a serious relationship is living with the rope around the neck. Even casual sex nowadays has a degree of risk. The problem is not necessarily women, but the state aid that makes them super-citizens. IMO, responsibility without authority is slavery, so if a woman can't accept my terms i can assure you that her companionship is pure convenience.

If When everything goes down, there will be the sex robots, so just chill and enjoy the collapse.

Its not about what we desire, its about what is available. Women who are both beautiful and nice dont exist, and those who are ugly/fat and nice are only doing so to get our attention because they know that they have no chance with us. So if every woman you meet is a bitch or a bitch in disguise who pretends to be nice, why even seek companionship with these bitches at all? Its not that we generalize but that there really are no good women out there and when you realize that you can just satify your own sexual urges by yourself in less than 5 minutes per day and that you dont really need companionship but only goals and hobbies and a job, then women bring nothing to the table. I still give them the benefit of the doubt but I am very picky, meaning that at the first red flag that I see, I will just ghost her, and those tend to show up very early on. I have yet to find a woman who is genuinely good and isnt either narcissistic, unfaithful or acts like a complete bitch. And to be honest, I have stopped searching and am now focusing on myself. I have big goals for the future, I am training hard at the gym, my goal is to reach 220 pounds at 15% body fat in 3 years, I currently weigh 171 pounds at around 15% body fat, I am at the beginner level but progressing very quickly. My bench press is at 100 pounds for 5 sets of 5, my squat is at 165 pounds for 5 reps, my deadlift is at 165 pounds for 5 reps, my overhead press is at 75 pounds for 5 reps and my barbell row is at 110 pounds for 5 sets of 5 reps. My goal is to reach a 225 pound overhead press, a 325 pound bench press, a 405 pound squat and a 500 pound deadlift in 3 years, then I want to reach a 600 pound deadlift possibly after a couple more years of training, I am 6 foot 4 in height and have very long arms. All of this is very possible with the way I am training and with the amazing knowledge that I have acquired through the past few years by reading online and watching lots of youtube videos on fitness, but if I had a girlfriend, this would be impossible, I would have no time after working full time and dedicating most of my free time on her, and this is part of the benefits of being a mgtow, you can accomplish amazing things because you have more time and more money.

As far as I’m concerned, the absolute minimum that going one’s own way means is avoiding ALL legal encumbrance: no marriage, no cohabitation, no children. To me, these points are non-negotiable and any man claiming to be going his own way whilst breaking them or arguing against them is probably an incel or tradcon trying to larp here to make himself feel better.

On a personal level, I’m a rational person that almost always considers probabilities when making decisions. I know the failure rates of condoms and other forms of contraception, both male and female. I know the consequences for females who spermjack (none) and falsely MeToo (usually none). If you’re going your own way and having sex without getting a vasectomy you’re berating a pistol before sticking the barrel in your mouth.

Tough to say how many MGTOW have 100% closed the door on women forever, but the best way to sum it ; THE JUICE IS NOT WORTH THE SQUEEZE. The risk/reward is so out of wack you have a better chance of winning the Lottery or being struck by lightning than finding A GOOD WOMAN THAT CONTRIBUTES AND WONT SCREW YOU OVER.

Never again for me on any of it. I don't "crave" any female attention, just never really did. Yeah, I was married for awhile, 7 years, but even then I still didn't need to be with a woman...or really want to be with one then. Twenty-five years have passed and I've been on my own since then and will continue to do so. I just see them as beings...like you don't pay attention to birds or squirrels, they're just there.
