Men, in general, are pretty minimalist, but I wouldn't want to box all men or all mgtow into some corner.

That said, I have learned to live extremely comfortably and happily in a small space with just electricity (outhouse, water on tap a few feet from house), and I spend around $100 per month to live (mostly internet, rest electricity.

If you can learn to do without superficial comforts, then that frees you up to pursue passions and/or take chances that would be impossible when you are shelling out $2,000 plus per month on rent or mortgage and utilities just to stay off the streets. I literally put that $2,000 saved directly into my trading account instead, where it grows.

All THAT said, if I was rich as fuck, I'd have a huge mansion somewhere beautiful because that would be sweet.

I think the key to MGTOW and property is to choose what works best for you given your situation, and not get stuck based on society's expectations and standards. If I can live happily as I am now so that I can live truly well at a later point, that makes sense to me. I am pretty extreme, however, and to me middle class drudgery is a fate worse than death.

My perfect living arrangement would be to buy my own land build a tiny home for cooking and sleeping and all that jazz, and right next to it build a lab( it would look like a barn from the outside) that would big enough for me to build my vehicles, robots and other miscellaneous things that could easily exit and enter it. Also a boatload of solar panels.

They're called "cottages" (or "Vacation Cottages") and/or "Hunting Cabins" and etc.

Plenty of them all over the place... usually fairly cheap too (small, relatively easy to heat & maintain, etc).

someone yesterday had a thread on how he was getting a house for himself; only thing I was thinking, I didn't get to reply, was maybe he should just get MGTOW roommates or something. Having people around can be beneficial (and having bad people around not so much)
