To me mgtow isn't that it's statistically impose noe to have a decent marriage.. it's more that the odds are against you and even the best marriages still require some sacrifice and aren't amazing in every way. You have to realize the main purpose of marriage isn't just to make both people happy which is the lie many are sold.

I get the desire to start a family. We are wired to feel that way. Have to realize you can attain that but likely will at some poiint be a single dad, or suffering til they're older, and it will have a huge emotional and financial toll. No one here can make that choice for you.

To be honest....let us consider it.

Regulation of divorce law - No fault divorce won't be bound with spousal support (only fault divorce can do that as the party needs too prove decay of marriage).
Regulation of finances during marriage - There is no doubt that in our fucked up economy both wife and husband needs to work. So in no fault divorce there should be no division half/half. If parties can't agree to certain things, they should prove it. The census could be thing they have, before date of marriage, with assumption that during their marriage everything was spent on marriage. As for things bought during marriage, there should be a division half/half and there are proper regulations for share-ownership. The problem is how to regulate cases where husband was main provider and woman was a housekeeper, if this situation was a mutual agreement or it was woman "choice". It's just a proposition, which came to my mind, but it's a more complex problem.
Children - First of all, throwing out that mother gets children by default. Law should be more considered on investigating that custody over children should be given to this party, which can provide their development. Custody should also be taken and given to other parent if a parent with custody for example is restricting itself contact of a child with other parent.
Child support - Child support should be set on average level, not based mostly on the parent, who has custody is telling the court. No child support including private school if a kid can go to public school (parents can talk about that to participate on their free will - for a benefit of a child), no "horse riding courses", because child loves them etc. I would also add that child support that one parent wants in a lawsuit, should be divided by half, because the second parent has also obligation to provide for the child. And lastly I would add right to check if given finances as child support are given on child average needs, no some extraordinary bullshit.
Visitation system - A parent with custody would need to have an obligations to let the other parent to let visit his child with no restrictions, because even after divorce parents are obliged to take care of it. The court could limit visitation in extraordinary situations (for example abuse proven with a guilty sentence), plus could intervene if parents doesn't agree about vacations or other parent is restricting visitations.
Fatherhood - This is what we all say. Mandatory DNA test for paternity and assumption that the father of a child is a biological father, based on DNA test. No match in DNA won't restrict a husband for all obligation of a father to a child, based on his free will and it will only be mothers responsibility to find true father.
Crime spiral - Some of you may know I'm a lawyer working at district court. Some of you wished me even good luck today for my exam. I'm working now in penal court (criminal division in my court) and I see a lot of cases based on not paying alimony. It's a matter of procedure, because the prosecutor usually doesn't care about gathering sufficient evidence against obliged to spousal support (because my fucked up procedure gives court right to gather sufficient evidence, so if we're returning cases to prosecutor to do his work, courts of appeal are like "but court has right to gather sufficient evidence, so the first instance court should do it), like if he objectively can't pay child or spousal support or if he paid child/spousal support, but avoiding for example bailiffs execution. Such guilty verdicts are only throwing men down and down, where they have criminal records, they can't find a job and they can't further pay alimony. In my country it's not so harsh like in the USA, but this matter should be more considered, not like "pay and fuck off".
Social aspect - bringing back value of courtship and marriage, that breaking it from social point of view should be shaming and viewed as failure - beside abuse etc. proven with criminal sentence.
"Victim protection" - believe all women, poundmetoo, Article 9 in the USA (witch hunt on male students based on unclear procedure and just word of a woman without due process), court of public opinion should be strictly prohibited in favor of law, procedures and constitutional assumption of innocence. Anyone who made a decision based on a rumor should be liable to pay for damages they made - be it boss, university and a woman for defamation.

Probably there are more of that, but this is what comes to my mind. With that, I would probably consider that still it's worth to commit to marriage and family, even knowing woman nature, because my ass as a husband, who work hard to maintain family is protected.

You expressed my concerns perfectly. Do you know what is f***** up though? When I read your post I'm thinking "yeah dude, good luck finding a girl like that /s". But when I think about it for myself I'm like "well it could happen!" Btw I live in Australia I I'm starting to realise awalt is universally true
