Fuck the truth hurts. I cannot spend the rest of my life checking on someone to make sure they are still content when they don't even know what would make them happy. It takes an incredible about of mental effort to constantly have to check on someone's mental state, one moment of silence from them can lead to a fucking nightmare of a day/week. I now view myself like a video game with the health bar as a patience bar of being able to handle women. They have eroded that health bar now and it does not recharge itself anymore. I feel it's a shame right now. But I'll eventually be alright.

The day my ex figured out id never marry her she never spoke to me again, cant get her to if i tried, and i have (literally out of we were together for 8 years and were friends, tied our families, didn’t matter. My aunt died 6 months after she left, and she knew this was coming, spent a solid 6-7 xmas at my aunts, nothing, no comunication.) had new bf 2 months later, had the simp buy a house with her after dating 1.5 years, im sure they will be married soon enough. I loved her, still do, but never trusted her enough to marry her and the way she uses this guy and the way she went ice cold like i never existed as soon as she knew shed never get more from me than a loving boyfriend shows me i was 100% correct not to trust her.

I found this out the hard way a few times. It’s true. Your looks can slide a bit as you age, but If your social status and ability to provide resources falls, then she’s on the look out to monkey branch to the next guy.
