I don't understand why she doesn't face the same punishment as the men she accused did. In this day and age of the #cumonmetoo movement, this third-wave feminist uprising, and this push for society to always believe a rape accusation from a woman, without any regard to the facts or evidence, and simply taking her word for it.

It has been for a while, and I don't know if there has been much of a change, and I hope there hasn't been and won't be, of at least the courts, and judges - in most cases - maintaining the standard of proof needed in a criminal case, as well as a criminal case leading to acquittal and judges direction juries that if the only evidence is she said he said then you must vote to acquit in a "he said she said" case. Feminists will use the correct application of the law, and the acquittal of a man as "a rapist getting away with it".
