By and large yes; just keep it to yourself and rarely talk about it with only like-minded men you trust. Emphasis on "trust". Over time and years, expect to see men go hook, line and sinker for some vagina, but don't make the same mistake yourself. As men do this you will have to "rotate friends". Expect it. Count on it. After it happens a time or two, you'll be able to see it coming like a curve ball in slow motion. Look at and watch your friends that put a ring on it long enough and you'll see them divorcing too, and possibly remarrying, as well. They'll slide into poverty and possibly jail and ignominy and a wasted life full of regrets.

And what about you, you wonder? Work hard and study well. Many men nowadays say ignore college because it's infested with feminists and leftists. That can be true, but it also depends on the school and major in question. I'd say don't throw the baby out with the bath water and pick and choose your battles carefully and learn to be silent when need be. Your day will come. Stay debt free and watch yourself around women who want to freeload off your largess at school and work. Never help them or pay for them. When a woman wants something you have expect nice comments and texts; when that doesn't work, they will try to sleep with you. Avoid this at all costs. When they are spurned they make stuff up out of thin air or even try to get you accused and charged on baseless lies. I wouldn't be surprised to discover that some of the soon to be former Sen. Franken's accusers were doing this even though I'm no fan of him or his party.

You're fortunate enough to be young and see a lot of high profile men go through worlds of hurt for sexual improprieties both large and small. And may I daresay, imagined, by different women. Make sure you don't repeat them and you can be set up for a decent life. Get a good dog or two and live in a wide open space so they can run and have fun, if not now then in the future.

Here's a nice realization I had: people will call you a virgin like it's a bad thing. They'll berate you and make you feel like a loser.

But I say, wear it like a badge of honor, like armor. Eventually, you'll be proud of it.

After all, it's harder to be a virgin than not. Your biological urges tell you to have sex, it takes a lot of mental strength to say no.
