Reassessments as far as I know take a very long time in court. For some reason it is far easier for the court to slap an imaginary earning and force you to adhere to it in seconds but it takes months for them to reassess if you fall in rut. Exchanges now require a photo ID and a current residence address so it might be difficult to hide it. A hardware wallet like a USB stick or a paper wallet? Your wallet address will not have your name, address or anything that can identify you as an individual.
