Hey guys, I (20m) am a long time lurker. Seeing all your posts about your awesome life’s and doing all this with your life not revolving around woman is inspiring. I am currently in a relationship that I am not sure I am I happy being in. I love this girl and have been with her for 2ish years. We live together out in Florida thousands of miles away from any of my support system. I don’t have any guy friends and rely solely on her for any entertainment out side of the casual video game hour with my buds from home.

I am happy most of the time, but I just can’t shake the feeling of wanting more for my life. I can’t shake the feeling that I have no clue how to get more out of my life. I feel as if I’m at a stand still and I seriously don’t know how to solve it. I graduated high school and directly got my own place and worked a good job in my home town and was happy. Then I met my girlfriend and she brought even more happiness, we wanted to leave the town to see more and one year into relationship we move to Florida. I love it here, but for the last year of living here there’s been this thought in the back of my mind, “can I be much happier?”. This girl is nice and considerate and generally awesome, but also has a a image of me that I feel isn’t actually me.

Her and I have problems just like anyone else, but I got this naggin feeling of wanting to live my own life and not fit someone else’s image like a glove for their own hand, I’m not going to say everything I am for her is negative but a lot of it isn’t me. I feel as if I haven’t found who I am I honestly feel I won’t find who I am with her. Or maybe I’m suppose to be this and we are suppose to help mold each other. I don’t know guys, I just know you all seem to have it figured out and I can’t ask advice on other sub Reddit’s because they are all woman empowerment and completely ignore my needs.

I look up to you guys in honestly.

Any advice helps, thanks
