I have been accused by my wife and authorities but not by my daughter that I had touched my daughter innappropriately. I can say this was seriously a complete accident. My daughter has been suffering from very bad nightmares for about 6 months, she was having a nightmare the night this occurred and I brought my emotional support dog into her room to have my dog snuggle with her, my daughter asked for me to snuggle her so she could fall be asleep, which I did. I dozed off for about an hour. When I woke up I tried to crawl over both my daughter and my dog to get out of my daughters bed, my daughter rolled over to wrap her arms around my dog and as she did her arm brushed my crotch. I did not think she realized it so I did not pay any attention to it.

Later in the week she passes a class mate at school a note that says what happened and the teacher catches the two kids passing the note. She did tell the teacher and councelor it was an accident but CPS gets involved. I also find out my wife has been cheating on me with another man and was at his home 3 days after I am removed from our home and then a week later was in our home and is pushing to make it a criminal investigation. Which also, the Detective, and CPS worker are both female and now I am under investigation. I am terrified for my life. I have no money for an attourney, no recourses. I have no idea what I am supposed to do. I have theft feloneies from over 10 years ago, I feel that my wife is now facilitating this stuff to get out of the marriage so she can be with another man.Also my wife took pictures of my doughter and I cuddling one moring in October at this man's request, and the man and my wife have been talking through facebook messenger back and forth for MANY months.

Does anyone have any advice, or legal recourses for me?

I really am feeling like this is my last chance at life. If things go's sideways, and in this day and age I wouldn't want to be in prison for these accusations. I couldn't. I cound't live with myself. I WOULDN'T!!!
