It could be more accurate, for example make her more overweight. The woman in this illustration clearly was an attractive woman before the substance abuse, this is not accurate with your average FDS person. Maybe make her on a phone, calling some guy a "loW vAlUE MaLe" as a coping mechanism

Even if you play along with the delusion, and say "yeah okay, show me" - how quickly does the curtain get pulled back - and you see the truth. There is no Queen. Women are not a prize.
