Personally, shaved off a lot fat, gave me confidence to do heavy activity (Jiu Jitsu, going to concerts or doing my own DJ gigs) while fasting heavily 24 hours+, never have sugar crashes anymore, saved a lot of time, saved $, I work longer and harder.
