These are in the Bible but they are not in the places that the picture says.
The first excerpt is in: 1 Corinthians 14:34-35
The second is in: 1 Timothy 2:11-15
Also, each version of the Bible is a different translation but the verses generally have the same meaning between versions, just slightly different wording.
