Yeah, he was my friend's friend. Met him through one of my friends once.

Hardworking boy, really shy when it comes to conversations. Easily gets intimidated by adults and teachers. Respects teachers a lot, specially female teachers (indian stigma about "respecc wamen" bullshit).

That female teacher usually used him as a means to take out her frustration. It actually started a long time ago. This is not the first time when she complained about him.

Previously she complained about his shirt not being new (they used to be poor a few years back, he used to wear used shirts at a time). She and her female teacher friend used to make fun of him in the teacher's common room, calling him "pet dog", "cow shit" and what not.

He did tell about it to his friends but did not tell his parents about it. And by the time he did, they just said "dont worry about it. She is your teacher" typical respecc wamen bullshit.

Me and my friend told him multiple times to force his parents to talk to the higher authorities about this as this was literal physical and emotional harassment, but nope, no one listened.

Finally when his mother went to his school, this happened. The article is not even telling about the whole picture. That female teacher disrespected his mother in front of all teachers, calling her a bitch and what not, also told him to be her washing machine to wash her clothes at her house as according to her, he was only good for that. And the inevitable happened.

He was slowly becoming ber bitch. Me and my friend tried to talk to his parents about it but they thought it was just regular punishment.

Only if they had listened to us at that time.

Edit : For those ignorants having zero idea about remote places in India, who are going to say "Why did he wear short pants, thats weird", let me tell you something : this is not your west. In indian schools (remote places), pupils do wear short pants, till class IX or X.

Some teachers don't deserve to be humans in the first place, let alone be teachers. I'm in college right now and this disgusting-lowlife scum of a "teacher" (she was even head of our department earlier) just refuses to tell us what was wrong with the answers we wrote in the tests (everybody had the worst grade in this subject) when we ask her and even humiliated all of us in the oral examinations. And no one says a thing.
