Hey ..

I just sortof had an urge to tell my side of the story. Since guys on here seem to think women want to use and abuse and just shit all over them.

I am 24. I've never called myself a feminist, always stood up for men's rights and seen the hypocrisy in certain branches of new-age liberalism, and always really wanted to just find ''the one'' since my own familly is a crock of shit. Contrary to the stuff on here - I really like minimalism and getting out of the mould', I get embarassed by expensive gifts and I'd love to live out in the country somewhere.

I'm 'cute' so people tell me, but I'm also very picky and I never found what I was looking for, kinda thought I never would.

Til I found him over a year ago.

Knew from the second we met that, that was it for me - he was my one.

He wasn't some 'bad boy', he wasn't thrilling or materialistic or 'alpha' - he was just himself. A bit awkward, shy, silly, philosophical.

I treated him like a king - and for a while he treated me well too. I was always there for him, never even looked at anyone else, gave him everything, listened and cared for him, loved him to the ends of the earth, really. I literally just wanted to take care of him. That's the only kind of love I can describe it as. Like when you just want to put your arms around someone and tell them everything will be OK - that sort of love, all the time, overwhelmingly.

It's not because of how he made me feel. Not some conditional love like, if you do this thing I won't love you anymore

I loved him - full stop. I loved the laughter we shared, I loved kissing his forehead in the morning, I loved him when he got worried or scared over problems which I'd try my best to help solve, I loved his strengths and his weaknesses, and there wasn't a single flaw in him that I ever rejected. We had sex all the time, every time I saw him - he always told me how he'd never wanted anyone as much as he wanted me. I never expected presents and didn't mind that I didn't get them. I knew he didn't have much money and I didn't care because he did what he loved. I loved seeing him happy - seeing him smile and laugh.

I told him I loved being 'his' every single day and I did.

He decided that all that wasn't enough for him. He went more and more distant. He said he ''didn't want me to be his possession and he felt like I gave him too much''.

He prefers more erratic women - who make his life more exiting.

He prefers the singles life.

He prefers life without me.

And that's that! He's gone his own way now.

We're not all evil. Some of us might've given you the world, completely unconditionally.

Over and out.
