Everything is addicting whatever is releasing dopamine in your brain and all of those things does,although not sure about sleeping 100%. About porn though it actually destroys your dopamine receptors and that shit brings many problems to your life even if at first you dont notice, brain fog, anxiety, constant urges. Porn is really shitty thing for your brain and wellbeing but damn Id rather watch porn once in a while than be a blue pill simp kissing every girls ass and waiting for a whiff of pussy at an insane cost. Also a lot depends on willpower,many people are weak and succumb to any urge they have to ''reward'' their brain,so they eat to excess,play games to excess, fap to excess. All that shit even if you abuse one at the time they are unhealthy as fuck.

The thing i noticed is everyone has mental problems. If reddit was a true cross section of society then 50% of the world has some form of mental issue, anxiety being number 1.

it s like everything can be addicting for someone porn for sure (i unfortunately am addicted) guys on nofap don't cheer because they get rejected, but because higher testosterone make them feel more social and they are glad they were brave enough to do something they were not able to do before nofap

mmos like World of Warcraft are known to have caused addicions, but i never heard of someone getting addicted to single player games. on food i know that pretty much all of us are addicted to lots of sugar, less would be healthier. junk food i ve heard can also be problematic, but not "eating" in general.

sleep being addictive sounds weird. it can be bad tho if someone feels depressed or plans to be more productive to sleep longer than half an hour during the day

Kinda newcomer to this sub (scrolling every post since like a week), ironically the only things I absolutelly hated, were posts saying how happy author was playing vid games entire free time or to jerk off when you miss women. How fucking deluded you have to be to pretend porn or games can't be addiction, and how hard you are trying to avoid the truth putting it next to sleeping, we all know the difference, both eating and sleeping are obligatory to survive, while you can live without jerking off or playing vid games. And what exactly is the problem with comforting the guy, that lost a girl, you think he accidently writes this on nofap? He is on the verge on giving in to temptation to something he knows devastates his fucking life. Believe me, we felt ourselves how fucking miserable our lifes have been when we were getting this easily accessible dopamine every day. And I can tell you from my own life experience, how unstoppable in life I was when I decided to seriously fight this problem. Anything can be addiction, if it's something that makes us runaway from problems rather than face them like a fucking man. Even eating or sleeping, can be considered addiction, if you go for these rather than solve things that matter (i think i did both of those for some time way more than necessary, when I was running away from my problems) You know what is actually the problem for most of you, the actual red pill you can't swallow? The fact that in avoiding relationship (which I totally understand, I honestly believe this movement will in long term awake women and improve the world if done correctly) you go the wrong way, which is escaping the reality, it starts innocently, but give it time and it will absolutelly consume you. I am not blaming any of you, it is your life and you can do whatever you want to, but to shame people that face the addiction, it honestly disgusts me. You really started well by diagnosing problems in today society, but if you believe you are better humanbeing because you are pixels worshipper instead of pussy worshipper, you have serious pride issues. Now my personal opinion on the OP, you most likely know deep inside, that you are doing something wrong, and you feel you lack the strength to fight it, and believe me, I feel lots of empathy for you, because I had any chance putting up this fight just cause I met right people at the start. You people always put as MGTOW great example guys like Newton, you know why? Because they sacrifised the relationship idea to make world a better place, gave insane breaktheough to humanity, what you want to do with this sacrifise? Go for self destruction? Be a hedonist?
