The last wedding I was at I lost count of the number of women showing too much cleavage and even wearing v-cut leggs in an attempt to attract one of the Chadlites / Chads present at said wedding.

You should attend an Indian wedding. All the free food and free drinks you want. All women dress modestly and wear typical Indian suits. However the women put way too much makeup on and try to out do each other with their clothing and accessories. I always go and have a good time at Indian weddings. I don't drink alcohol but I eat way too much food and have fun dancing with my extended family.

I was engaged many years ago, but when my fiancee' turned into a control freak about the wedding and everything else, including what kind of gifts my family could give us, I called it off. She tried apologizing, but I didn't accept it. That was over 20 years ago, and I've never been engaged since.

I've been to a few weddings since then and many were basically showing off and gift grabs. To me it's totally nuts. I know of one couple who avoided all of that and eloped to Vegas. It upset their families, but they've managed to stay together.

What I hate about being invited to weddings are the inevitable comments of "you're next" I get as a single person, and others trying to introduce me to someone, whom at my age is often a divorcee' with kids. I'm 50 and never been married so I'm sure it won't happen ever.

Man, the last wedding I went to was very fancy, what a waste of money, and for what, to show-off all the money they can waste, it's just preposterous, everyone also looked the same, so I did some eating, spent a while with my close family, and found some shade to meditate at, meditating while looking at all the people who look the same.

Funny it was a friends wedding that I decided to never get married because of exactly this.

When the grooms dad (divorced) spoke you could see the intention to warn his son written all over his face. Well the bride's parents are also divorced so there is like literally no evidence that it's a good idea but let's do it anyway.

Yep, can confirm. Last year had to go to a wedding, it was literally painful to sit and watch the kabuki theater of blue pill madness unfold.

Drive 5 hours to attend, arrive 1pm, thing did not get over til 1 am, I was beyond pissed off and tired.

Yes was a groomsman not too long ago for a giant wedding. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. Sorry man. You talk to the groom and they need to experience it first hand I guess. I go into his house now and there is now a shrine to alcohol in the dining room. It is over for him and I'll have to pick up the pieces eventually.

Last wedding I went to - I cannot even begin to describe the horror and wastefulness I was forced to observe.

I didn't want to be there for a second longer. The poor groom didn't want to be there for a second longer than he had to.

I made sure to eat and drank enough to recoup the $20 I spent buying a new fancy shirt and slipped out when the 'fun began. Aka, 30 something obese makeup-caked females 'dancing' in a big circle whilst the poor men left behind was forced to make a choice that can only be akin to choosing between small pox or testicular cancer - in a manner or speaking.

The night turned out good in the end as I made it back home in time to pull the telescope out and see Jupiter for the first time.

Never ever again though. The normies and idiots can have their fun, just leave me the fuck out of it.
