So I am an American working for a couple of weeks in France. The company ran out of work early for me to do, so I decided to head back to the hotel to change my clothes and head to the pub. When I get back, I pass housekeeping in the hall next to my room. The woman housekeeper saw me going into my room. I noticed that my bed hadn’t been made, but it was no big deal. 5 seconds later she is coming in to tidy up my room. I beat feet out of there and parked my ass in the hall (where the security camera could see me) and waited for her to do her business. When she was done and out of the room, I bid her a hearty “merci”, and shut the door as fast as I could. Can’t be too careful nowadays
