Julius Evola was a non-rationalist and WWII Italian fascist interested in occult power issues for controlling women.
He wasn't MGTOW in any way, since he was trying to control the feminine impulse rather than avoid or relinquish it. He believed in transcending the rational mind with racial power, so he wasn't interested in rationalism as a basic male trait.
He was an early form of a PUA cultist, kind of like Alistair Crowley in Britain. They were both interested in sex-magick. This of course influenced Anton LeVey and the Church of Satan.
Satanists generally are atheists and soft-feminists (Satanists sometimes use ritual sex) since their beliefs tend to overlap with Wiccan-witch paganists and earth-mother eco-feminists.
Evola is lauded by the Alt-Right (which is ironic since he was anti-Christian), but he was really a sadist who implicitly approved of dominating women with non-consensual sex. In other words, he was a self-hating gynocentrist.
He is not someone that any MGTOW should be emulating.
