If it was possible to remove a man's heart so quickly that you could show it to him as it's still beating then maybe if the guy wasn't strapped down he'd still be able to move right?

This would be how I want to go but not strapped down, I'd want some professional to pull out my heart so quickly that I had time to get up and destroy it myself before I expired.

I'd stab, crush, rip it all as much as I could before death finally took me.
