So the Kansas Supreme Court ruled that because the boy hadn't complained about the affair that that showed consent. Imagine if a female rape victim was denied justice by not screaming or fighting the rapist; the outcry by the feminists would be deafening.
And the Supreme Court decision is so wrong on every front. Basically it's saying consent is not required for civil court cases.

There was a recent case in which a couple divorced and the wife won his sperm that was being held in a fertility clinic as an asset and the judge pre-ruled that any child resulting from it would still be grounds for child-support.

No possible Avenue of sperm reaching any women for fertilisation can be allowed to be grounds for NOT PAYING child support. TFM showed one where a boy was raped, and he still had to pay it, then they sent him to jail, so he owed back child support, which kept him in and out of jail. His life was over before it started.
