So I was bored out of my freaking mind and went on my brother's netflix account. I usuallly don't use this trash can but here I am 2am30 europe time skimming through series trying to find a good one.

Then there is one serie, called Criminal. English, judging by the accent of the actors. The show is basically about a special unit conducting interviews to get criminals to confess.

The episode is season 2 episode 1, called "Alex". It's about a guy who ends up cheating on his girlfriend with a cowoker. He gets charged, police comes at his work place and in front of everyone get him in cuffed and to the station.
Spoiler: around the end of the episode a detective behind the glass of the interragotary room finds out the girl did the same in her past job: asking for a promotion after barely a month working. She presses charge for rape about her boss, and the company decides to pay her to get rid of her. Because she shlept with her boss and didn't get the promotion.
The same thing was happening to Alex, so they decided to let him go in the end.

He did wrong by cheating and admitted that, and considered his girlfriend that he admits he loves gone forever. But he kept claiming his innocence.

However, Alex is almost crying. he explains about his parents in Liverpool, having a flat, renting to students. One time, one of the student was thought to be involved in a drug affair. The police came and trashed the place. However, once they were done, they put everything back into place, and what was broekn was replaced. So that the nobody could be inconvenienced, since the student was innocent.

Alex demands the police to do the same for him. To have a statement, a letter, anything, that could redeem his situation because he knows he's done. This is a stain that will remain till the end of his life.

They refuse. The detective explained they just didn"t have enoughe evidence, but that doesn't prove he didn't do it. And have to walk him by muscle to the door.

Heartbreaking.

The music, the actors, everything was on top. As much as I think Netflix is an abomination by promoting values at the antipodes of mine, I urge you guys to watch that episode if you can find it online.

Guilty until proven innocent guys. Remember this. Try to make everythign with messages and emails, so that you have proof of consent.
Don't stay alone with a woman.
Do not have any form of even a casual flirt with a woman at your workplace or even college.

Do everything it takes to always have an alibi. Else, you're done. Forever.
