What I would conjecture is that even them eventually yield to the promiscuity of women. Some chemical in their (maybe constant influx of oxytocyn or something?) brain make them feel like bonding with a female.

Or is there an equivalent of the wall for them, too?

I know only one Chad and he got married fairly quick. I suspect he wasn't fully aware of how easy it was for him to bang chicks (like he thought it was the same for everyone or something, or that he was lucky). So maybe he got married for the same reasons as most men do : he got attached.

It's still puzzling, though.
