"Well, men don't have to worry about being catcalled and raped in parking lots and murdered" with smarmy little know-it-all expression daring you to respond.

I seen, and stomped that know it all expression with been there, done that, and almost on more than one occasion. Then it goes to a sort of Kyle's mom on South Park "what what what what?!?" At which point I explain that I have been catcalled by women, vulgarly to boot. I came a hairs breadth away from being raped at a college part after she roofied my drink by a woman, and I have come frighteningly close to being murdered by both women and men on more than one occasion. Then the expression comes full circle to the one above. It usually then takes a 90 degree turn and on to some other diatribe about eternal victimhood.

Haven't we all though? I have been stabbed, shot, burned, blown up,poisoned, hit by a car (intentionally, and unintentionally), broke my spine, and all manner of horrible things. That being said, I have not suffered as much as some men who have been dragged through the eye of the divorce needle, and come out the other side. My brother went through an attempted divorce rape (thank jeebus for lots of money, support, and excellent representation), he came out the other side changed. The ambitious go getter, kicker of asses, taker of names that I aspired to emerged broken, battered, soppy, lazy, and frail.
The things that have happened to me have only served to make me stronger, and harder than I was before even if they have damaged me physically and permanently.

This post is changing my life while I change my mind about ever looking for love.
A desperate desire to figure out how to make love happen for myself turned into buying into pick-up in a way that cost me WAY too much money and an entire CAR, because of how I tried to drive from Fort Sill to California non-stop.
I used to be hopelessly depressed about that episode, but at least I've never gone through marriage, nor a divorce rape; I have hope.
I myself used to be broken, battered, soppy, lazy, and frail, but I have hope.
More and more, I turn to inspiration from the protagonist of 'Star Wars: The Force Unleashed' and imagine myself as an ambitious go-getter, a kicker of asses, and a taker of names.
I've already been named Employee of the Month at my Whataburger unit; it's now time for bigger and better things!

Just saw an article in a British newspaper...the most prolific rapist is a man who raped other men.

Psycho.

Prison rape, yeah. The stats are over double female rape, and you can imagine how underreported it is.
[β]jamocadyn0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
No he would "help" drunk guys and offer them a place to sleep. Then he'd give them more to drink but laced with some sort of drug at his place to get them more addled--then he'd rape them. Not prison rape--rape by faggot.

Even the highly intelligent 'rational' women will say stuff like
"Men have a right to a man cave."
But what they are actually doing is taking a female right "women have a right to a man's ALMOST" everything" and focusing on that one little thing where they don't benefit from.
A man's right to a man cave is esentially; a woman gets to take over your entire home, she'll give you your own room back but you'll have to report what goes in the room, how much it costs, and ask permission for when you get to have your alone time. Anf you better not brag about it with your guy friends, it'll make the woman look bad that you're on the loose.
It doesn't even have to be your wife. It just needs to be ANY female living with you.
Of course, once you point it out, the rational woman gets a lot less rational in a desperare attempt to one up you and never ever ever ever admit fault. Never.

that's not true. some gay dudes cat call other dudes and try to ass rape them. happens a lot in prisons everywhere.
"8/10 of all attacks committed by strangers are targeted at men. 8/10 of all homicide victims are men."
"And what gender attacked them?" Before quickly scampering away as the cognitive dissonance threatens to cause their skull to implode.
Also, just want to add a quick rant... women like to say that the vast majority of rapes are "someone the women knew" and the most common place is in the home. You think close personal friend, an uncle, maybe? No. It is the guy she met at the club or bar that night. In other words,
She went out, went to a place alone with this person she knew nothing about and put herself completely under their power. For whatever reason, she didn't want to have sex, and he raped her anyways.
She had sex, and regretted it. Maybe her boyfriend or parents confronted her, so she said she was raped. The person she told then reports it to the police.
The large majority of rape victims do not sustain physical injury apart from the penetration itself. Contrary to what is often assumed, stranger rape is less likely to cause physical injury than acquaintance rape, particularly rape by a current or former intimate partner: 24% of women raped by a stranger sustain physical injury additional to the penetration, compared with 40β50% of women raped by a current or former partner.
Read between the lines. It obviously isn't absolute, but going off of the % that sustained injuries is much more accurate than going off of the % that were reported or convicted.
"I was raped" is a get out of jail free card in life, and should be treated as such.
I just am apathetic to it.
You were raped. Great. Next topic.
Rape is everything now. Itβs just as stupid to say as βmy last boyfriend was abusiveβ.
Of course he was, apparently all women know is abusive boyfriends. That will have zero impact on how I treat you.
Never met a woman βinjuredβ as in βrealβ rape, not made up βI was drunk and he was shorter than I wantedβ rape.
Women lie constantly, because thereβs no negative repercussions from it, in fact, itβs social benefit. So many just lie and claim it.
Itβs the equivalent to stuffing a sock in your pants for a guy.

It's funny because that woman in the meme is a goddamn psychopath! She murdered her husband, kidnapped a child and tried to poison her stepdaughter.

"Patriarchy".
Some sort of nebulous suite of benefits that are only available to men. I can hear it now "I don't need to name anything specific when *everything is sexist* and *everything benefits men*" ... *yawn*
