Celibate for 14 months here. Haven't felt this at ease with my soul since I started having sex 10 years. It's as if that energy the women carried was a drain on my soul. Energy vampirism.

The best part is now when and if I do date women again, I will be extremely picky and cut things off when I feel the need. All this time by myself has really helped me self-actualize and find my passions/purpose in life.

Edit: with the mind set you have about not feeling anything different, that's because your expecting some super powers like the nofap guys claim. The true power comes from focusing on other things besides whores, most importantly yourself. That competence will turn to confidence,

IMO, sex is like an addiction that the mind craves for. Once you can eliminate that craving from your mind, you end up with a clear head and realise, like all recovering addicts, that you didn't need it to survive to begin with and life is much simpler without it.
