All this can be summarised down to, "Most women are naturally not interested in these fields, how can we use this to make men seem evil in order to manipulate government into giving us more free shit?"

Most women are not interested to pursue such a career
leading to a smaller talent pool
meaning that their top 1% can't compete with the men's top 1% (as they had a larger sample size thus harsher selection)
resulting in the best competitors in the field to be almost all men
thus resulting in the top jobs being mostly held by men

And that's purely the numbers game, once we get into work ethics, work hours etc. the picture becomes even more lopsided.
