Women see house as investment because they hear about people who bought house for 200k and sold for 500k 3 years later. How often does it really happen? They've no idea. Is it luck or skill? Again no idea.

Secondly, women see it as status/prestige. There is a woman I used to meet at gym who told me she doesn't get much respect from her friends/relatives/plumber/electrician/handymen because her house is small and not that luxurious. She told me she always fights with her man to buy a bigger house.

Women just want your money, how you get them it's your problem.

From time to time you see guys endingbup in jail bacause they wanted enough money to by things to "their" gf, like jewelry, houses and cars.

I've been hearing similar things from women about how "I'm buying a house as an investment teehee". Every time it's turned out they have no plan to even rent it out, they just want a house to play in while some man pays for taxes and upkeep.
