Well, rest easy knowing that 99% of us will never get any of that shit either. I still actively pursue women unlike many of the people here, and I can tell you that I have access to maybe less than 1% of all the women I see and would be interested in talking to based on physical attraction on a day to day basis (and, being in Japan right now that's like fuckin every girl under 35 lmao). When I do manage to talk with someone, it's still like maybe a 25% success rate to get a number and future date. Then maybe if I'm lucky 5-10% result in getting laid.

I'm no casanova but I'm also not terrible looking and I am pretty outgoing and charismatic with women, so I'm pretty confident this is the experience of most regular men. Only Chads and/or rich guys can just get laid on a whim or fuck pornstar/model looking girls without paying for it.

Theres no way to stop feeling inferior because, by this metric, we are "inferior". We simply can't compete for the top 10% of women who are extremely hot, classy, young, and single in most cases.

But, nature is full of hierarchies, and just because you're not at the top of one food chain doesn't mean you can't be at the top of another, or just enjoy your life.

Enjoy those moments when you get to chill with a girl, I still do. It's still nice even if you don't get your dick wet. Or just focus on other areas of your life, don't actively try and reconcile or correct some part of your life that you think is lacking, just accept it and live with it.

Take up martial arts and/or light weight lifting such as you could do at home without even going to the gym or even just using those grip strengthener thingys...something that will make you more confident in your masculinity. Not in order to attract a financial leach, but in order to feel comfortable in your own skin.

And cut the jerking off down from once a day to once a week, once every two weeks, once a month. That way you feel like shit less often.

I think you have touched upon the biggest point to be made here, what you are thinking is not healthy for you. You would probably benefit from talking to a therapist, but if you don't want to go that route, and I wouldn't blame you, ponder why you feel that way at those times. This is what you need to work on. You need to learn to love yourself, I guarantee you that you are going to be living with yourself longer than any woman who looks down your nose at you, or some athletic type who kicks sand in your face. Once you internalize that you are the most important character in your life story, and the rest of the supporting cast don't mean shit, I think these feelings you have might fade. Another thing happens too, and I am sure you have seen other guys say it here. The less you care about women, the more you ignore them, the more mysterious and desirable you become. If you aren't at their feet pussy begging, it frustrates and excites them. That shit they say about confidence in yourself is true, what they don't say is that it has to be genuine, not a front. A confident man can pass up a bad deal on pussy and walk off the lot, knowing that there are a billion others out there to choose from. Now.. Let's assume you have learned to love yourself and feel confident and comfortable being you, and women begin to notice you as a potential for their carousel riding. The next question to ask yourself is do you really want to participate in that knowing what you know about them? Knowing how their slights made you feel. I say no.. If you've never been experienced, I'd say go for it once or twice to prove to yourself that it's nothing more special than brushing your teeth or trimming your nails, then walk off the lot and work toward a great life.

Take these things with you in life: You do have value. You are no better or worse than the next hairless ape. Success is subjectively measured. Almost anything is possible, even if improbable.

I too feel this weird "shame" come over me when I jerk off, but I know it's not really 'shame'. In the Austin Powers movies he says when he cums that he lost his "mojo". All that's really happening is that your body is telling you you're horny and stressed and then you jerk off and all those feelings go away, FAST.
